I am a very strong believer in the above quote. Those who know me know that how I destress my self and those who don’t know me ……please follow the blog to know me better.

I usually try out new things whether its salon services ….food …… clothes/fashion or anything.

Repeating the same thing each and every day makes life dull and boring, I like to try out new venues …cuisines ….or you can say that I like to explore life.

This weekend I headed to a new food joint in town. The food joint opened on 26.08.2017 and it been a few months and it has become the talk of the town.

Located on the fourth floor of a shopping mall

it has royale entry with a Durban at the gate to greet you

They have amazing interiors

Revealing the name of my this weekend destination – OTR-16

along with the amazing interiors and location, they have grand roof-top

retro-bar

and a disc too …..the disc is known as CLUB-16

Yes, it was OTR-16 where I had lunch this weekend and I must say that the taste is still unforgettable. It is a retro bar. Serving the best of the cuisines and of course the variety of dishes.

Their chefs like to experiment with the dishes and they offer you the things that you might never hear of.

Since I am a pure vegetarian I will be describing the tastes of only the veg items. Although the friends along with me were non-vegetarian and their feedback was also positive.

In snacks we had papad paneer kabab

I never heard of it before and I must say it was an amazing innovative dish.

Along with this, we had cheese balls also in snacks along with green chutney and a glass of fresh lime juice.

For the main course, we ordered  a lot of food

In bread, we had missi roti, butter  naan and tandoori roti with butter

in veggies, we had dal (lentils)

paneer lababdaar

along with pulao

accompanying this by salad, raita, and papad

and finally, we ended this delicious lunch with the amazing combo of sweet dish

They also serve non-vegetarian food, Although I am a pure vegetarian, my friends had a non-vegetarian dish and of course, I didn’t remember the name. So suggest to me in the comment section below if you guys can recognize the below dish.
